Tuna Canning Workshop 2014 is coming up for Slow Food Seattle members!

tunaevent-jarsfilledWe hope your 2014 is off to an excellent start. Slow Food Seattle is planning some great member activities to make your year even more delicious.

First on our list is the return of our very popular Tuna Canning Workshop on Sunday, March 30!

This is a unique opportunity to work and learn alongside fellow Slow Food members to tin (jar) up some delicious tuna. It’s been a sell-out event in years past and results in the best canned tuna you have ever experienced.

Starting this year, this special event is only available to our members.

We will be sending sign-up information to our current members the week of February 17th.

Not sure if you are a current member? Send a note to membership@slowfoodseattle.org and we’ll confirm your status.

Has your membership lapsed or you’re not a member? Want to participate in the Tuna Canning Workshop (and get access to other member-only events this year)? Renew or sign up now on the national website here and send us a note to confirm at membership@slowfoodseattle.org to ensure you are on the invite list.

And stay tuned for more great activities with Slow Food Seattle this year!
